Dvoynenko M. M. Probing plasmonic system by the simultaneous measurement of Raman and fluorescence signals of dye molecules [Електронний ресурс] / M. M. Dvoynenko, Z. I. Kazantseva, V. V. Strelchuk, O. F. Kolomys, E. G. Bortshagovsky, E. F. Venger // Semiconductor physics, quantum electronics & optoelectronics. - 2011. - Vol. 14, № 2. - С. 195-199. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/MSMW_2011_14_2_14 The simultaneous measurement of Raman and fluorescence signals was proposed to find out the molecule-metal distance. The ratio between Raman and fluorescence intensities was used to estimate molecule-metal distance in nanometer scale. A low-value intensity of the fluorescence of the dye molecules was found using the photobleaching effect. Made was a comparison of experimental results with a theoretical model, which showed well agreement.

Kazantseva Z. I. The role of shear modulus and viscosity of thin organic films on the adsorption response of QCM sensors [Електронний ресурс] / Z. I. Kazantseva, I. A. Koshets, Yu. M. Shirshov, V. I. Kalchenko // Semiconductor physics, quantum electronics & optoelectronics. - 2018. - Vol. 21, № 3. - С. 307-314. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/MSMW_2018_21_3_15 This work reports on the results of numerical calculations of quartz microbalance (QCM) sensors response under adsorption of analyte molecules. The influence of share modulus and viscosity has been studied. It was shown that even in the case of sufficiently thin films (hundreds of nanometers), the viscosity effects can significantly affect the sensor response during adsorption. In the case of sufficiently thick layers, the viscosity effects can turn out to radically change the response of QCM to the adsorption of volatile molecules. Thus, utilizing QCM-based sensors in viscous medium it is necessary to take into account not only mass loaded (adsorbed) onto quartz surface but also effect of viscosity on sensor response.
